Job Summary
The role involves managing customer data, implementing Generative AI tools, and utilizing MS Excel for data analysis within the Life Sciences sector. The position operates on a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy and integrity of customer data.
Support the implementation of Generative AI tools to enhance customer management processes.
Analyze customer data using MS Excel to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
