Role Overview
Amazon is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join its EasyShip team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to contribute to one of the company's fastest-growing businesses, focusing on enhancing seller services and customer experience across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Performance Tracking: Understand Amazon Seller Services products and services to track and report business performance, identifying problem areas using appropriate metrics.
- Problem Solving: Utilize Amazon’s tools to address issues and validate solutions.
- Goal Setting: Collaborate with partners to define goals around key operational metrics.
- Strategic Recommendations: Advise on business actions based on analytical findings, including defining new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve seller performance.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in data analytics or automation.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in data pipelining and extraction using SQL.
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel.
- Experience in data analytics or automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions.
