About the Role
We are looking for Android Engineers who possess strong product sensibilities and a passion for pushing technology to its limits. You will work closely with talented technologists, product managers, and designers to design and build the next generation of financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Android applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance and resolve bottlenecks.
- Maintain clean architecture and ensure high code quality.
Technologies We Use
Kotlin, Dagger 2, Coroutines, Room
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of software engineering and product delivery experience.
- Strong background in data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack libraries, and MVVM architecture.
- Experience with REST APIs and JSON (gRPC experience is a plus).
- Flutter experience is a bonus.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Selection Process
After applying, you’ll receive an assignment and then be invited to interview with the Android team. This will be followed by 3-4 rounds of video interviews with leadership and stakeholders, assessing technical expertise, communication, aptitude, and team fit.
We are currently operating from our Bangalore office.
