Eligibility and Qualifications- To excel in this role, you’ll need the following:
Education
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Experience
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
Freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply!
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in Excel: Must be comfortable working with data, generating reports, and analyzing trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
As an HR Executive at Aditya Birla Capital, you will:
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records in line with organizational standards.
- Assist in handling HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and other administrative tasks.
Data Management and Analysis:
- Utilize Excel to compile and analyze HR metrics such as employee attendance, attrition rates, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Prepare reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between employees, managers, and HR leadership to address concerns and facilitate smooth communication.
- Support recruitment teams in scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
Employee Engagement:
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
- Organize activities or events to foster a positive work environment.
