Job Description
As a Cluster HR at TATA CROMA, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing HR operations across the cluster. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure we attract and retain the best talent.
- HRMS Management: Effectively manage and maintain the HRMS software to ensure accurate and timely updates of employee information.
- Payroll Processing (must-have skill): Manage payroll operations seamlessly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- One-on-One Employee Discussions: Conduct meaningful discussions with employees to understand their concerns, provide guidance, and foster a supportive work environment.
- Performance Appraisals & Promotions: Facilitate and manage performance reviews and promotions to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Rewards and Recognition (R & R) Programs: Coordinate and conduct R & R initiatives to recognize outstanding contributions and boost employee morale.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:
- Educational Qualification: A degree in Human Resources Management is preferred.
Key Skills:
- Payroll Processing Expertise: Strong command of payroll systems and procedures is a must.
- HRMS Software Knowledge: Hands-on experience with HRMS software to streamline HR operations.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Statutory Compliance: Basic understanding of statutory requirements related to HR operations.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
