Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Software Engineer I specializing in Generative AI to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and supporting AI-driven applications, delivering high-quality solutions that enhance our financial services offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance AI-driven web solutions and platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Ensure application quality, scalability, and performance.
- Maintain documentation, promote code reuse, and adhere to design patterns and standards.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and integrate them into existing systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project status and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 0-2 years of professional web application development experience; or, in lieu of a degree, a High School Diploma/GED with 0-2 years of professional web application development experience.
- Experience in case management and business process management solution development using ACM.
- Proficiency in Java and front-end technologies, including frameworks like Spring and React.
- Willingness to work flexible shift timings to respond to emergencies.
- Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule
2 PM – 11 PM IST
This role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility and Choice offered in Synchrony India and will require availability between 6:00 AM – 11:30 AM Eastern Time. The remaining hours are flexible. Exceptions may apply due to business needs. Please discuss with the hiring manager for more details.
