We are urgently hiring for a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce CPQ and API integrations to join our growing team. This is a remote position for candidates based in India, with a requirement to work in US hours (8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time Zone).

About the Role
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing Salesforce solutions, including Salesforce applications, flows, pages, and external sites. You will play a crucial role in integrating Salesforce with other platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, as well as driving innovation through seamless automation and customization.
Your primary focus will be on enhancing and optimizing Salesforce systems to align with organizational objectives, ensuring high performance and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications, including flows, pages, and external sites, ensuring they meet business needs.
- Provide hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), delivering efficient and scalable solutions for complex quoting processes.
- Work extensively with Salesforce APIs, including REST and SOAP, to integrate with external systems and enhance application functionality.
- Build and maintain Apex callouts for seamless data communication between Salesforce and external services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end solutions that optimize business processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvements.
- Create technical documentation and provide support to ensure smooth project execution and knowledge sharing.
Mandatory Requirements
- To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Experience
- A minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce CPQ experience.
- Proven track record of working with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Apex development and callouts for Salesforce integrations.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including custom workflows, flows, and visualforce pages.
Certifications
Salesforce Developer II certification is mandatory.
Work Hours
Flexibility to work US hours (8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time Zone) is a must.
Preferred Skills
- While not mandatory, the following skills and attributes will be a plus:
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Familiarity with third-party Salesforce integrations and AppExchange products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex development challenges.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting.
