Key Responsibilities
As a Full-stack Developer at Orangebits, you will:
Backend Development:
- Design and implement scalable backend solutions using Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Web Services.
- Manage and optimize database operations using Hibernate and Oracle SQL/PLSQL development.
- Work with Pentaho Kettle for data integration and ETL processes.
Frontend Development:
- Build user-friendly interfaces and responsive designs using Angular 8+ or React 16+.
- Leverage technologies like Angular Material, Bootstrap 4, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS for a seamless user experience.
Software Design and Development:
- Implement software design patterns and best practices for scalable, maintainable codebases.
- Develop JasperReports for robust reporting capabilities.
Collaboration and Version Control:
- Collaborate with team members using GIT for version control.
- Work in an Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
System Maintenance and Scripting:
- Perform basic Linux scripting for troubleshooting and deployment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with expertise in both backend and frontend technologies.
Technical Skillset
- Candidates should possess the following technical expertise:
Backend:
- Java 8+
- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Web Services
- Hibernate, Spring Data
- JasperReports
- Oracle SQL, PL/SQL development
- Pentaho Kettle
Frontend:
- Angular 8+, React 16+
- Angular Material, Bootstrap 4, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
Additional Skills:
- Basic Linux scripting and troubleshooting
- GIT for version control
- Strong understanding of software design patterns
