Key Responsibilities:
1. Code Craftsmanship:
Develop seamless front-end interfaces using the MERN stack and robust back-end solutions with Python Django.
Design and implement solutions ensuring user-centric design and backend efficiency.
2. Innovative Solution Architecture:
Architect and integrate APIs and Cloud technologies for scalability and performance.
Foster a culture of efficient, reusable, and scalable code development.
3. Collaborative Ideation and Problem-Solving:
Lead brainstorming and technical discussions for innovative project solutions.
Align cross-functional teams by bridging technical and conceptual ideas.
4. Technical Oversight and Quality Assurance:
Enforce coding standards and conduct thorough code reviews.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free software.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in full-stack development with expertise in MERN stack, Python Django, API integration, and Cloud technologies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong command of modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases for data integrity and performance.
Additional Information:
- Working Days: 5 days a week.
