As a member of the AEM Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of product releases while driving continuous advancements in various product areas and components.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with teammates on effective problem-solving approaches.

Prototype, develop, unit-test, and deploy scalable features with the highest quality standards.

Perform code reviews, offer feedback to team members, and incorporate reviewer feedback effectively.

Plan, develop, and monitor infrastructure in collaboration with Ops partners.

Commit to the principles of DevOps and Unified Engineering.

Troubleshoot and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues.

Contribute to a highly collaborative team environment across multiple geographies.

Requirements

Educational Qualification: BS/MS in Computer Science.

Technical Expertise

Strong understanding of Java and JavaScript, along with modern web technologies.

Experience designing HTTP APIs (REST) and working with microservices architecture.

Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools (Jenkins, NewRelic, Grafana, Helm, or similar).

Skills

Creative troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles; experience in a distributed team is a plus.
