Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Software Engineer to join our dynamic MedInsight team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies like .NET, Python, and Azure while working on impactful projects in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of Milliman’s mission, values, and strategic goals to align with your role.
- Actively participate in training sessions and apply the knowledge to support various projects and products.
- Collaborate with global teams to contribute to innovative software development initiatives.
- Learn and master development tools, frameworks, and methodologies, gradually taking on independent responsibilities.
Key Requirements
- Fresh graduates (B.E, B.Tech, MCA) with little or no experience are welcome to apply.
- Fundamental knowledge of Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS), SparkSQL, Python, OOPS Concepts (C#), and .NET is required.
- Familiarity with Databricks, Apache Spark, Azure Batch, Docker Containers, and PowerShell scripting is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of tasks.
