Job Description
HeadSpin Technologies is seeking a motivated Automation Engineer with 0-2 years of experience. This role involves writing automation code for mobile applications, analyzing data, and collaborating with a team to enhance digital experience solutions.
Responsibilities
- Write automation code for mobile applications
- Capture data and conduct analysis on mobile applications
- Create dashboards with captured data and provide them to customers
- Assist customers with automation where applicable
- Understand iOS and Android applications' UI structures to build automation tools
- Develop and maintain automation test frameworks
- Collaborate with engineers and testers to create rigorous test cases
- Identify, record, and track bugs
- Ensure code and product quality
- Help customers maximize the value of HeadSpin's platform
Requirements
- BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience in software development or SQA
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java)
- Strong skills in MySQL or other databases and SQL queries
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with Appium or Selenium
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
