Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a Network Engineer where you'll play a key role in validating, configuring, and troubleshooting network systems. Your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless deployment and activation of network configurations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Validate orders as per the scope of work.
- Assign and validate mandatory network configuration attributes.
- Coordinate with Order Managers to finalize the scope before configuration builds.
- Review network designs provided by the design team.
- Build network configurations as per defined scope and design.
- Lead customer edge device activation calls and deploy required device configurations.
- Coordinate with L2 technicians for resolving complex issues.
- Troubleshoot network issues in collaboration with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience or training in network engineering.
- Strong understanding of voice and non-voice operations (50% each).
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and on weekends as required.
