Fam, India's pioneering payments app for individuals aged 11 and above, is seeking a Backend Engineering Intern proficient in Python and Golang to join their dynamic team in Bengaluru.

Established in 2019 by IIT Roorkee alumni, Fam is on a mission to cultivate financial literacy among India's youth, providing seamless online and offline payment solutions through UPI and the FamCard. Role Overview

As a Backend Engineering Intern, you'll collaborate with a robust backend team to develop and enhance core systems, ensuring resilience and scalability. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects, contributing to the advancement of Fam's backend infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance core systems at Fam.
• Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation.
• Create, test, and deploy applications on production servers for new feature development.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Django, or Golang.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Contributions to Google Summer of Code (GSoC) or other open-source projects.
• Previous internship experience in product-based companies or startups.
