Role: Business Analyst / Assistant Manager (HRO - Reporting & Analytics)

We are looking for a Power BI Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves building in-house solutions for resource management, talent acquisition, and learning management organization. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective dashboards and visualizations, working closely with various stakeholders and client teams.

Responsibilities:

• Understand HR concepts in HR Planning and Operations.
• Prepare and model data for effective visualization.
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and deliver reports on time.
• Design intuitive and interactive Power BI reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
• Optimize and fine-tune dashboards for performance.
• Connect to multiple data sources and publish dashboards for sharing and scheduling data refreshes.
• Strong SQL skills, preferably over Azure SQL DB and Business Intelligence concepts.
• Experience with ETL tools, particularly in an Azure Synapse environment, is a plus.
• Work with Power BI user and group security configurations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualifications: BE/B-Tech, BCA, MCA
• Preferred Qualifications: BSc/MSc, MBA-HR
