Job Description
As a Device Associate for Alexa AI, your primary responsibility is to execute test case instructions and report discrepancies. You will ensure the successful and timely delivery of results by performing test case execution, accurately reporting bugs, and conducting regression and repetitive testing exercises to qualify builds without compromising on quality. Additionally, you will use software tools for data capture on a daily basis and be comfortable with capturing results, communicating and escalating failures, and providing individual status reports. Raising all failures or doubts related to the execution of test cases in the clarification portal and closing the same as per the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) is also part of your role.
Responsibilities
- Execpared for testing software builds on the Alexa platform, Kindle platform, and Kindle software products.
- Perform test case execution and report bugs accurately.
- Conduct regression and repetitive testing exercises to qualify builds without compromising on quality.
- Utilize software tools for data capture on a daily basis.
- Capture results, communicate and escalate failures, and provide individual status reports.
- Raise all failures or doubts related to the execution of test cases in the clarification portal and close them as per the SLAs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of QA methodology and tools is preferred.
